How to pray?
1.  Bind the strong man

2.   Pray from a position of faith and not fear/doubt

3. Pray from a position of authority
Luke 10:19
Luke 11:9-13

4. Pray in secret.
Matthew 6:6-7

5. Pray sniper prayers-  accurate and right on target. 
James 5:16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

6.  Pray continuously from a position of God restfulness
1 thes 5:16
Hebrew 4:9-10

jas.1.19-27.niv My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.

Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.   Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do.   Those who consider themselves religious and yet do not keep a tight rein on their tongues deceive themselves, and their religion is worthless.

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

Had not been able to pray since yesterday and today. Such frustration and restlessness and agitation arose in me, I was angry of myself, guilty that I couldn't pray, my heart don't seem right with God. had been angry of family and memories of my past came back to me.

This moment, I was being set free from all mentioned above. 
Roman.12.12.niv Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

Patience is the only I can do when I am facing with spiritual attack and affliction. I shall wait upon the Lord, You are my trust and my help when I am in trouble.

就像孩子不能选择父母，你是我的神，这是不能改变的事实。你是我的神，要杀要刮任由你，但你却选择对我宽容，提拔我。

我，算什么呢? 你竟顾念我。。。
神啊，世人算什么呢?
你若彰显你的公义，我们必当无地自容。在你面前，我们闭口无言。

Oct 2013 started attending cornerstone community church

29th May 2015, I had headache at cell meeting, Batsy prayed for me in small group prayer. During fellowship and food, I was feeling better.

Headache recurred in the next morning. Medicine at home had ran out of stock as I had been taking pain killer to ease the pain for the past few days. I prayed silently for healing in the car while hubby drove to market for breakfast. The Holy Spirit convicted me and prompted me to confess a specific sin I had committed in the past, I obeyed and seek for God's forgiveness. Before heading to market, I bought some  pain killers at pharmacy.

Hubby reminded me to take medicine before breakfast but I did not because I noticed that the pain had ceased after my prayer & confession. Glory to God! Praise the Lord!
