From him comes the cornerstone, From him the tent peg, From him the battle bow, From him every ruler together.

Mothers in bible refer to nurturing
Annointing over each tribe is different

There are Church borned out of envy, out of rejection, etc
Joseph was a tribe borned out of geninue cry to God

2) Judah carried the Scepter (king Jesus)
3) Judah mean Praise
4) Judah had an annointing for business

Tribe of Levites Preeminent over tribe of Judah

Judah has to always submit to the priesthood of Levites
