At whatever spiritual level God has promoted you, there is always repentance, confession of sin and humility. Every level has a washroom.
At 1st Level (beginning) , there is a washroom. At 2nd level (divide, seperate; discern; implied witness), there is a washroom (or bathroom - prayer of repentance; confession of offences or sins to God or to another person).
Always judge your own heart, humble yourself before God and confess your sin and ask for forgiveness. Cleansing is necessary at every level of your walk with God. You are bring tested (examination) at every level of spirituality. Your intimacy and talking/communication (English - the language I am using now to pray) with God must not be weakened, but must be strengthen.

At the 2nd floor washroom, there was no Q and no people. People walking at higher spiritual level had forgotton or had thought that they are "perfect" and no longer needed to reflect and approach God for forgiveness. No one was found in the "washroom" (prayer of repentance) at 2nd floor, My people have forgotton to humble and confess and seek My forgiveness. Repent, you need to do so at all level of walk with Me.  Repent from your pride and self sufficient and self righteousness. I desire mercy and not sacrifice. Beware of pride and ignorance enter into your heart when you think you are already perfect.
