Now in the morning, as He returned to the city, He was hungry. And seeing a fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and said to it, "Let no fruit grow on you ever again." Immediately the fig tree withered away. And when the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, "How did the fig tree wither away so soon?" So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done.  And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."

Faith filled prayer

What is meant by faith filled prayer?

E.g. Why after prayers n fasting, the concert of Madonna still go on?

What we are proclaiming vs what we are seeing

Faith is dynamic
How much faith we hv in beginning depend on the measure of faith given by God
But How much faith we hv at the end of our life depend on us
Faith free from doubting. When declaration is made, the word of God shall be established.

Faith has to be tested
1 Peter 1:7

When you hv faith you will be faithful.

Faith is a gift
Faithfulness is the fruit of the Holy Spirit
Jesus' perfected faith

Impossible situation become logical - faith

Excercise of faith impressed Jesus
Unbelief astonished Jesus

Are you affected by:
Religion spirit
Political spirit
Kingdom of heaven?

Disciples saw Jesus powerful miracle of multiplication of bread and fishes, but they doubted when they forgot to bring meals.

Israel saw miracles but they did not connect with God but moses saw the nature of God

God always put us in environments that we have to wrest through. He is building our faith.

When God does a miracle it is always an invitation to us to go deeper.

Miracles suppose to shift the way we see things in life

An act of faith is recorded in God's book.
Important in God's heart

God will answer prayers relating to unjust

Is our God a good God ?
Is our God dependable trustworthy?
Is our God all powerful?
