1) unload in physical areas - 传道书 Ecclessiates  chapter 3 verse 6
Investment pain prevent you to give up/ dispose
We need very little to survive
Mentally exhausted to decide what to eat and what to wear
No real value to physical possession
2) unload in mental area - let go worries it is a useless emotion
Don't worry be happy
Let go your mistakes
Can't fly ran, can't ran walk, can't walk crawl
let go of your needs to please everyone
Fill with the words of God
3) unload in financial area - lest it find a way in my heart
God provision in the wilderness is to sustain you.
God provision in the promise land is to advance you.
