The Lord looks down from heaven and He sees you. From his throne he observes you who live on the earth. He made your heart, so he understands everything you do. The Lord watches over you because you fear him and rely on his unfailing love. He rescues you from death and keeps you alive. Put your hope in the Lord . He is our help and our shield.
