*_"Prophetic Prayer"*_

_Santiago Day 1; Session 1_

- Prayer is asking God to intervene and change the situation 

- Prophetic prayer is seeing the future others can't see. Praying for the needs of the future, in the here and now. 

- As leaders we can't restrict ourselves to pray from our natural mind. As leaders, our business IS prayer. Period.

- Prayer is your absolute priority. You pray FIRST, before you eat or sleep or work. 

- Leaders who do not pray will fail. Prayer will not only humble you but align you with Father's Heart. 

- It doesn't mean that when you play well or sing well, the Holy Spirit is with you.

We need the Holy Spirit to anoint what we do. True ministry is accompanied by the power of the Holy Spirit. 

- What we need is not more knowledge in the church, but more life. The very life of God that we can only get by connecting with God.

- The more you are with Jesus, the life of Jesus will flow through you to touch other people, help other people

- Prayer is connecting with God. You can pray in tongues while on your motorbike.

Your praying is not done after a session. Your life is a life of prayer. 

Ezekiel 33*6

- God speaks to us ALL THE TIME. It's just that we don't listen or we aren't alert. 

- Many times God won't tell you why you must do something.

He gives us ONE instruction at a time for us to FOLLOW. A lamp unto your feet means only when you take steps, then you get to see further.

- Prophetic prayer is all about hearing, and then praying.  

When you don't know what to pray, pray in tongues.

- Many times you don't hear anything from God because you don't obey the current instructions God has given.

- Don't ask God to speak, ask your self to listen! Which Father doesn't speak to their children?? Children had to listen. 

- God wants to direct your prayers to do amazing things and change amazing things. 

- "I am a very normal person. I am not spiritual. But I intentionally make myself available all the time to Father." - Pastor Dian

1 Peter 4*7

- Prophetic prayers is watchful prayers.

"Watch and pray" is the theme of prayer in the Bible. 

- To shoot back at the enemy, you have to see WHERE the enemy is at, what the enemy is doing. Don't shoot wasted prayers by praying along the wrong direction! 

Habakkuk 2*1-3

- Every business has books. Write down and journal what the Holy Spirit is telling you. 

As you pray, God will reveal more to you. 

If it's important enough, I'll make notes.

- Many people criticize, gossip, discuss, but never pray. 

Ask the Holy Spirit what would He want.

_*(God spoke to Pastor Dian exactly 1 year before Inauguration Day that Donald Trump would be president, and to pray for his upcoming fierce battle ahead)_

Matthew 13*25

- The above passage is so true in churches. 

Many pastors run around helping everybody so much... But burn out because they don't pray! 

They end up preaching and feeding people lousy spiritual food because that's all they're getting!

- Delegate! Ask for help, help one another so that everyone can have time to pray, and not neglect the word. 

- Many churches are dying because the man on guard duty are asleep. 

- Treasure the life of your friends, you can't be asleep when you're praying. You can't live the same way you live, and expect to change. 

Matthew 14*38

- Watch about yourself. 

When your spirit is not strong, you become discouraged and you give up.

_*Praying In Tongues_*

_"Praying in tongues charges your spirit like a charger charges a battery." - Kenneth E. Hagin_

1 Corinthians 14*2-4; 13-16

- When we pray in tongues, we are speaking to God. 

- Exercise your righteousness unto God. Make your spirit strong. 

How long can you pray in tongues for? 

Can you build yourself to a place where you can pray on tongues for an hour?

Your capacity increases.

- Sometimes you have to break the cap of limits that's pushing you down and limiting your spirit man, before you can break the cap of others.

- (v15) Pray in tongues, and then ask Holy Spirit for the understanding of what you just prayed in tongues for. 

Nobody will have a clue what you prayed for if you just pray in tongues and conclude in tongues. There can be no Amen, no faith aimed and directed in a specific place or direction when you don't have the understanding of what you prayed for in tongues. 

Pray in tongues IN ORDER to have understanding, in order to have collective declarations of faith. When you declare something and it will be established unto you. When you pray, you don't just wanna change your own spirit man, you wanna change other people, outside of you. 

- Singing = Delcaration (Isaiah 42*9-10) "I believe it's more powerful to sing in the spirit than to pray" When you speak, your words go into the spirit realm which transcends time and space.

_Two aspects of heaven Filipinos have - Worship and servanthood._ 

*_Sniper Prayers*_

John 15*7

- Many christians pray panic prayers out of fear, and don't shoot anything. There's no order in the attack.

But God doesn't answer prayers. God answers faith!

- Pray like a sniper, concise and in control.

Rhema = A special word for a special need, or special season.

While praying for an uncle in hospital, the book of Noah probably doesn't mean anything at that point in time. 

Pray in tongues to get a Rhema word from God, that will settle the enemy in just one word. 

Praying longer and louder prayers are useless if you don't get a Rhema for a breakthrough.

- Sometimes the more you look at how bleak the situation is, the less faith you'll have. 

Ask God for help, for a Rhema word.
